Seattle isn’t where you’d expect electronica to come from, and at the same time the darkness and gloomy days almost makes it the perfect place for it to come from. For Seattle’s NAVVI, it almost seems like their music was plucked from the rain drenched state. On their latest single, “Sampaguita” the duo drop plenty of sultry sounds and dark pop in the best way possible.

Coming from the duo’s new album Ultra, due in late September, the track is a mix of dark pop and dark electronica that could evoke plenty of emotions on the first listen. Almost too sexy and definitely chill, the track has the elements the two piece has become known for since starting out.
