The Beths Blew Us Away in Person

We were lucky enough to catch The Beths on their trek across America, and the experience was one to remember. Donning shirts of Bad Bad Hats, their direct support for the tour, they ripped through a mixture of their new album and their previous E.P. with ease.

Their energy was especially high considering that they’d just been at SXSW and they entertained the crowd like they were in a stadium with minimal banter and just straight indie rock. The way their new songs from Future Me Hates Me sound in person was pretty mesmerizing, showing that their brand of indie rock coming out of New Zealand was universal to the packed room.

You can stream Future Me Hates Me on all streaming sites you can purchase it in all digital music shops or you can purchase it on compact disc or orange vinyl directly from Carpark Records. The Beths are back on tour starting May 07 in Birmingham, U.K. at Hare & Hounds until October 12 in Perth, WA, Australia at Badlands Bar. A complete list of their tour dates can be found here.
