The Beths Are Releasing Warm Blood on Vinyl & Touring the U.S. This Summer

It seems like just yesterday that we were hearing about the indie fuzz rock of New Zealand’s The Beths. Now, on the other side of the success that’s come from last year’s Future Me Hates Me, the trio has announced that they’ll be releasing their debut E.P. Warm Blood on vinyl for the first time ever. To mark the occasion, they’ll be touring more this Summer including dates within the U.S.

The five song release is full of gems that should delight anyone who’s never heard the songs before. The opener “Whatever” did make it’s way on to the full length, but there’s a chance that the rest of the songs may be foreign to the group’s fan base. “Warm Blood” shows a different side to the indie fuzz rock three piece, offering a more heavily melodic approach to their songs. The E.P. definitely has a grittier side found on tracks “Idea/Intent” and on “Rush Hour 3,” and should sound great on vinyl for the first time.

You can stream Warm Blood on all streaming sites and purchase it as well as Future Me Hates Me in all online music stores. You can pre-order the vinyl of Warm Blood directly from Carpark Records ahead of its release on April 26. The Beths Summer Tour begins June 27 in Spring Green, WI at The Shitty Barn and runs until August 03 in Happy Valley, OR at Pickathon. A complete list of all of the band’s tour dates can be found here
