Philadelphia punk four piece Mannequin Pussy might be in the middle of a run of dates with Hot Snakes, but that doesn’t mean they’re not down to share new music. With a new single “Drunk II” and a new album Patience due in late June, the band’s new song and  video should make their fans happy while they garner new ones in the process.

The song has a more polished touch without feeling out of place. The searing licks that copulate with the snappy drums, creates a sound that works in placing the band on a higher plane. The track shows how far the  band’s songwriting has come with more hooks and melody than on previous releases while the video’s imagery and the vocals still remind you of the power that the band holds.

The video is available to watch above or on YouTube, the track is available to stream through all streaming sites or can be purchased digitally from all online music retailers. Patience can be pre-ordered directly from Epitaph Records before it gets released on June 21.
