Last year we were graced with the magic that is the album Please Don’t Be Dead by Fantastic Negrito. While the album would win a Grammy and be hailed by most critics, it seems that’s not all from the enigmatic artist. Now the new video for “The Suit That Won’t Come Off” is out and it’s just as imaginative as the music itself.

Much like how the song is soulful, the video is just as deep. Starting with a dancer in a hallway feeling the space, as he makes his way, being larger than some spaces and smaller than others-there’s an honesty to it all. The song, one of the more gut wrenching of the release has a powerful heft that plays throughout as the guitar does more of the talking.

Fantastic Negrito is on tour beginning tonight at Doornroosje in Nijmegen, Netherlands until October 13 at Afropunk in Atlanta, GA.
