Oh Sees Get Wild With Bizarre New Video

Few bands could release a twenty one minute song and even dream up having a video for the track. On their new album Face Stabber, Oh Sees seem to have found a sweet spot with this latest incarnation of the band. With much of the magnificent release feeling like free form movements, one of the standouts comes on the track “Henchlock.” Now in the midst of touring, the band has released its video and it is definitely as wild as the song itself.

If you have the patience to watch the video, you’ll at least get rewarded. The video has everything from theft, headbanging and partying to a man with a third eye and a woman crab walking. There seems to be no limitations in how the band operates and the video plays out in a similar fashion. While all of the pieces apart seem strange, director Matthieu Moerlen finds a way to tie all of the players together.

The video can be viewed above or on YouTube. Face Stabber is available to stream on all streaming sites, it can be purchased in all digital outlets or directly from Castle Face Records. Oh Sees are on tour tomorrow in Minneapolis, MN at First Avenue Ballroom until November 30 in Hermosillo Sonora, Mexico at Posadelic Fest. The band’s tour schedule can be accessed here.
