In electro-pop, there’s a ton of names that you could either become a huge fan of or just forget about. Within those who take pop to new places, one name you should familiarize yourself with is Amsterdam’s HEBE. With upwards of a million streams on Spotify alone, the soulful artist takes electronic pop to a new place with her new single “HUNTING ME.”

With all of the pieces that make up the genre, HEBE steers her music a bit differently with soulful vocals and a more earthly tonal quality. The beats alone should be enough to draw you near, though the artist takes you deeper than typical pop acts with more organic arrangements. At moments the song has qualities of R&B and hip hop, at others it comes across as soulful dance music. Whatever you take from it, it’s good and should get you to keep her on your radar.
