The music of Jack Penate is always soulful and at times tender. With his new album After You dropping this Friday, he’s released a new live video performance of the track “Loaded Gun” that should stir something inside of you.

The video opens with Penate’s head down as he focuses on what he’s playing. The blend of the piano and his vocals creates a swirl of soulful tones. The reverb on the microphone makes the vocals pop while the soothing piano almost lulls you into a daze that should draw your ears near.

The video can be viewed above or on YouTube. After You is available for preorder directly from XL Recordings ahead of its November 29 release date. It can also be preordered from digital outlets or presaved from streaming sites. Jack Penate is set to perform at Rough Trade East in London, UK on November 29.
