Metal music definitely has plenty of fans that sustain the genre now and forever. With multiple bands coming and few going, the genre has grown more in the past five years than it did in the previous ten. French metal band Gojira are just one of the more impressive acts to play metal. However their chart topping last release MAGMA will tell you that they’re a big deal. During that tour they played at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and it was filmed. Now you can watch the film for 24 hours only and experience their insane live show.
The trailer is short but reveals at least the energy between the band and the audience. With lights, effects and flames, the band has no problem filling Colorado with metal nor does it mind having the fans sing the tracks back to them during the set.
The trailer is ready to watch above or on YouTube. MAGMA can be purchased from Roadrunner Records. The live-stream will also have merch just for the film selling during the performance period only. Live At Red Rocks can be streamed beginning May 20 at 4 p.m. EST until 4 p.m. May 21 EST here.
