Memory Keepers Unveil New Single & Video Worth Digging Into

For a good while now, Austin duo Memory Keepers have delivered electronic sounds that always stay with the listener. From their earlier time to today, the group made up of two thirds of Austin’s The Sour Notes have had no issue keeping the lines between the two bands separate. On their new single “Time Flies” they deliver more catchy hooks than a tackle box, while the subsequent video offers plenty of sci-fi vibes.

With fuzzy synths that sound like they’re transmitting from another universe, the duo mixes a head-bopping beat with synths that expand into your soul. The instrumentation here offers sounds that are bookmarked with tone through synthesizers and pedal drenched guitar. The song’s pace never slows as the two piece delivers plenty of hooks and melodies. The video feels like it came from the late eighties with plenty of footage that appears like something adults would use to send a message to the youth. Of course the message here is just a song you can definitely move your feet to.

The video for “Time Flies” is ready to watch above or on YouTube. The music of Memory Keepers is available to stream on Soundcloud or to purchase from Bandcamp.
