Buck Meek Unwraps New Single Recorded in Quarantine

In a short time frame, Buck Meek went from a relative unknown to a big deal. As the guitarist from Brooklyn’s Big Thief he became known quickly while being heavily revered. With his solo album debut Buck Meek he proved he was just as great of a songwriter as he was a lead guitarist. Now on his new single “Roll Back Your Clocks” he takes the next step as a songwriter and artist and comes out shimmering on the other side.

Recorded during quarantine, the roll of Meek’s tender vocals and his acoustic strumming create a tone that’s as masterful as it is soothing. With keys and using the guitar body to add a beat, Meek offers plenty of sound without a hoard of instrumentation. The additional electric guitar, the pedal steel and additional sounds adds weight while Buck Meek continues to add heartfelt vocals that feel personal and meaningful.

“Roll Back Your Clocks” can be head above or on all streaming platforms. It can also be purchased in all digital music stores including Bandcamp through Keeled Scales.
