Singer and cellist Kelsy Lu has an expansive sound that knows no bounds. Producer and performer Yves Tumor has delivered more intriguing music than most artists in recent times. The two artists have recently collaborated on a new song that’s atmospheric and on another level. The track “let all the poisons that lurk in the mud seep out” is a great use of the two artists’ sound.
The track also includes Kelly Moran and Moses Boyd. The song has a very open ended vibe to it. The vocals open the song up with a piano based sound that immediately draws your attention. That piano turns into a composition of epic proportions where it almost battles against the vocals. This creates a sound that opens more and more with each note played as synths come in and modulate in terms of overall tone. The delicate moments here are where new instrumentation can come in if only for a few seconds, while the exploration between the singer songwriter sounds and electronica can thrive together.
The song is ready to hear above or on all streaming platforms. It can also be purchased in all digital outlets.
