New artists are exactly where we find ourselves in this gig. There’s always a new act who blows us away while also offering up a sound that’s as magical as it seems. For Omar Apollo, his name is one we’ve been aware of for a while. His sound offers up its own creative spin while signalling a new era for the genre. Now with a new album announced for release on Warner Records in April, Ivory could be a real banger with the new single “Invincible feat. Daniel Caesar” at its helm.

From the moment he plugs in the power of the song can be heard even on more chilled out notes. Mix in with that a falsetto vocal and things begin to heat up. Daniel Caesar jumps on and offers a normal vocal that keeps thing in the last couple of seconds.With his vocals rapping hard while his falsetto pitch comes in and signals the sounds within, it’s anyone’s world except Omar’s and it shows. The song adds to its longevity with his ambient feelings around two men loving one another as well. The simplistic attitude towards love and all that surrounds it is beautiful as it offers up a new narrative, and one we can all vibe with.
