When new music drops it’s as exciting as getting new shoes. For some acts it’s a push in the right direction while for others it has a more signaled approach. For Jo Schrnikow it’s a step in line with revealing a new album titled Altar. With an alluring sound that just pops and killer vocals to boot, her new song “Lose Yr Love” hits on all of the points toward greatness and it’s catchy too.

The song opens with her signature vocals as the lead. This makes for a more intriguing tone for your ears to follow. The way she sings offers a tone to follow that makes your ears pleased. The easy going nature of the song makes for a sound that falls happily upon you and doesn’t let go. Thee way she approaches the music it sounds as if she’s leaving it all behind as she takes it all in. The overall effect of this makes for a tortured sound that falls on you with ease and sways above you with an ease you may not be used to.
