Music can offer up a smile or a frown depending how you experience it. With a new album In The Wild coming out July 21, The Interrupters have a final single out. While “As We Live” has a million turns to it, the song hits with ska interludes and it works. The song definitely leaves a smile on your face.

The sound at the opening of the song has a raucous sound and digs deep at the genre. The pickup parts are up for sure and keep the rhythm up and the tone at the top of your ears. The track has all of the indicators of a killer ska song without annoying underpinned existences. The band is raucous when they need to be and calm as well. It even has guest vocals from Tim Armstrong that shine as well.
