Spiritual Cramp Drops New Song

Bands that have been around a while have a hard time staying relevant. For some they just dig deeper on their music and pull out something magical. For Spiritual Cramp that time is now. The Bay Area punks have dropped a new song “Herberts On Holiday” off their new self titled album. The song hits just right and keeps you coming back for more. Stream it below.

The way the guitar slides in at the beginning pulls your ears closer to the sound. The echoed sound gives way to a more fleshed out sound that keeps you in the loop. There’s an honesty here that shouldn’t be lost on anyone while the band tears through the song. The backing vocals just add to the mix and heighten the abilities of the song on it’s own.

The song can be heard above or wherever you stream music. Their new album Spiritual Cramp is available for preorder from Blue Grape Music before it drops on late October. Spiritual Cramp is on tour starting September 29 at The Earl in Atlanta, GA until December 10 at The Workman’s Club in Dublin, Ireland. Their dates can be found here.
