New music is always exciting. Especially when a good bands shares it. At least that’s whats happening here from this new song by Pile. “Only For A Reminder” taken from their upcoming album The Hot Air Balloon EP. Dropping January 05 on Exploding In Sound, the song takes their sound even further.

The trapsing keys at the beginning take you far away. There’s an honesty here that trickles over into the song. The laid back and open words take you far away. The elements are top notch here allowing you to lose yourself in the music. The way it all plays out takes you far away and keeps the sound as the soundtrack before the guitars come in and reinvent the sound.

The song can be heard above or wherever you stream music. Their new album will drop on January 05 and is available from Exploding In Sound. Pile is on tour starting November 28 at Crystal Ballroom in Somerville, MA until January 11 at The Rockwell in Somerville, MA. Their dates can be found here.
