Last month when Austin’s HOVVDY announced their upcoming double album, we were ready for whatever the band offered up. So far the released singles have given us a bridge to walk on. Their new single “Meant” is a definite game changer.

The pop elements run strong here presenting themselves at the front of the song. The vocals have that driving sound you can’t walk away from as well. The song is definite pop and cures your ails as soon as you hear it. The way the drums snap creates a sound that’s as infectious as the vocals themselves.
